In my case, for the first time in 4 years, I'm missing a package sent Priority from Las Vegas July 11 (11 days ago).
I just received a copy of her PO receipt that shows she did indeed send it, BUT....another dilemma. I had paid an extra $1.30 for insurance, the total sent via PAYPAL, but the seller evidently didn't notice. The receipt shows she didn't purchase my insurance.

So, in the road to fairness, how do you settle this type of error? Do I have to suffer the loss, or does she, even though it may have been an honest error?
