this is how it works.
if she posted if from home with tracking
it would NOT get scaned till it goes to the other end. if it was posted at post office it gets scanned there and at it's destanation . tracking covers a sellers rear for buyers that are too cheap to buy insurance so she is covered you will get ZERO in a claim from paypal or e-bay
i make all buyers that pay pal insurance is MANDATORY!
