I received an email this morning stating that my account was subject to restriction and removal in the next 3 days if I did not reply. I did some check before replying and found it to be a fake, but in the process found a useful tool. The tool is called the Ebay Account Guard, you can download it from the link or go to ebay. The Account Guard alerts you if you are not on a true ebay or paypal site. Hope this will help.
