Sadly, after a much travelled journey thorugh North and South Dakota, the only place that still has the Lucky Strikes is Deadwood, and they have converted to totally silver coins celebrating the Sturgis bike rally. They are also available at the Goldberg in Deadwood, a casino I noticed you had missed. Fort Yates and Moberg have removed their machines permanently, and all the strikes have been disposed of, making it impossible to get more. Spirit Lake has decommissioned their machine indefinitely suggesting they may never get it back into operation.
