I looks like you can list a $10 strike for one cent, sell it for five cents, and pay $100 in fees if enough people see it! Wow only on EBAY. And you left out the fees if you take PAYPAL also! That is a bargin everyone should jump on.

If it wasn't noted here, eBay is also changing the rules. If your listing says that you take Paypal, you must also be a Business Paypal account. That means they get another bite out of your profits, whether people pay from their account or with a Credit Card.

They will allow people to keep the personal Paypal accounts, you just can't include that in auctions after Aug 19th.

Reason was, that too many people were confused. Translation, because people are stupid and can't read "I do not take credit card payments", Paypal is going to tax everyone, forcing them to take Credit Cards or Not list that you use Paypal.
