John, Sharon and I have been doing Ebay since 1999. (wish I had bought stock) In over 7000 transactions we have had only 3 items returned. Very few problems. There will always be a few bad apples in the bunch so we only deal with those with good feedback ratings when we buy. Our best customers are of course the silver strikers and casino collectors but we have a lot of coin customers that are very good. It is always best to do face to face dealing but when building a collection it is hard to do that all the time. Sorry you had a problem but without Ebay and Jackpot auctions and the services they provide we would not be able to build our collections or gain the number of new members we now have in our club. In this case the good outweighs the bad big time. Our opinion only. See you all at the convention and maybe we can make some trades. Ted and Sharon
