Last month I bought a Morgan cc 78 in GSA from a lady in WV. whey it arrived I recevied an email from a guy that said to check for counterfit. Well when I opened to look the case had been broken open, and the coin had been changed out with an XF 78. The tip's were gone from the bach, and it was glued back broken parts and all. She said she knows nothing about it, and I must have done it, and she told the other guy the same thing. Ebay is looking into it while she keeps on selling. Ebay at first didn't want to do anything then told me it has to be under 30 days. So it was only 29 at that time so I went to the bank, and had them get the money back from paypal. Now Ebay wants me to pay for it again. If ebay works like this in a fraud case how can it help the little guy that was ripped off? If they rule against me I'll file charges with the WV police, post office,and the FBI for her fraud, and Ebays help in the sale. I should have known when it took three weeks to ship after payment with paypal that day. Semper Fi. Chuck
