Anybody out there had an experiance like this?
Put a CC Morgan Dollar on E bay. The Buyer states he sent the Money,but it never arrives. 7 days later after all of his lame excuses,he suggests I relist,saying he has previously received 3 bad Coins,& is quitting e bay. Both agree to forget the purchase,& no negative Feedback. I Apply for a refund, E Bay rejects,& states the buyer wants the coin!!
