There must be a stamp collector out there who knows about the Dag Hammarskjold law where it says they cannot reproduce an error to kill the philatelic value of a stamp. It was passed after the Government reproduced this stamp to kill the value of the only sheet known to exist. I am not sure if it applys only to stamps or any item that is produced in error.
