Eric - Don't know what type of strike machines are in your club ( the newest type with 3 paylines or the first type, the single pay line ) but when the first of the new strike machines came out ( the single pay line) I found that when playing if the machine landed on a empty tube it would respin the tubes and land on another tube, this seemed to be the case until at least 3 tubes were empty then it would go into a tilt mode and the tubes would have to be filled. If IGT had gotton the computer program right it would have landed on a differnt tube six times in a row and that would have emptied all the tubes at the same time. The reason that was given when the new strike machines came out was it would cut down the amount of times a machine had to be filled and also would cut down the time needed to clear a jam thus saving the casino's labor time. It would seem that IGT needs to fix the computer program and alot of the problems players are unhappy with would go away but then again I don't belive IGT will address this issue, it would be easier for them to cancel the whole program which some people have been told is a large pain in the rear for IGT.
