Jerry - If one of the new strike machines is working as it should it would rotate to a tube with strikes, but in the real world there are problems in the new machines and it seems it is easier for a casino to just fill all tubes rather than contact IGT about the problem.
The people you delt with didn't seem to care a whole lot, but then what were you looking for them to do ? Were you figuring they would sent you a couple of Red Cap Strikes ? I think you have gotton as much as you are going to get from these people and they could care less and have figured the subjecy closed.
There are a lot of people complaining about the new style machines and I dought if there is going to be any change except for the fact a few more casinos will pull the strike machines if they keep having problems with both IGT and the customer, heck a regular quater machine more than likely would bring more money to their bottom line.
