Jason, I do agree with you to a point. All of the strike machines belong to the casino's through IGT and the casino's do have the final say. At the Four Queens there were only (2) strikes left in the machine in one tube, a clear cap and a Red Cap, not ten or more in two tubes with the Red Caps higher up. The casino's could at their discretion work with the silver strike player when the strike machine has two strikes left in the machine (One being a Red Cap) rather than cause hard feelings with the player who is putting $100.00 bills in the machine to play. If there were ten or more in two tubes and this happened I would have never raised the issue. Since I have posted the beginning of this fiasco on June 16th, the emails I am receiving there are quite a few people who are very unhappy with the Four Queens customer service.
