Hi Neil, I too have gotten these emails to become a power seller......I had a funny feeling when I got one, so to check it out, I too sent it on to ebay and they said they did not send it!!! So....it is getting harder online to be able to tell who is real and not real....yes, I know we have all learned what to look for, and not to give out passwords, but what a pain in the butt it really is to have to decode everything to see what's real......and what is not!
