Angela - If you have AOl it becomes your provider of internet explorer unless you have gotton a later version of I.P and installed it over what good old AOL has put on you computer, in my case I haven't upgraded to a higher version so the I.P. version that AOL supplied doesn't get me into jackpot either. I still belive this is a Jackpot problem and it remains to be seen if D.J can fix the system.
