To answer your questions,
1) This is the Club Silver Strike with the Las Vegas Centennial logo.
2) The order form had a spot to request additional strikes, if they were available. Jay and Jim, you both marked that you wanted additional strikes.
3) I will start to contact members who requested additional strikes next week via e mail to request payment for the strikes they ordered
