Although I have not been to all of the terminals at McCarran, I certainly have been nearly every where in Terminal C and a few locations leading to Terminal C.

For months on-end now the slot machines are all labeled that any payout is a hand pay! In short, there are no TITO devices yet. Can you image? Winning $1.25 and having to wait for a hand pay while your flight is on a last call!

The other part of my laughter is that over at The Orleans (and likely else where) both of their Silver Strike machines are TITO and the coin slot is covered over with a chrome plate!

Ya gotta love getting information from people in the know! (Not you Norm, but the "they" in your post from McCarran.)
