According to the Plaza Slot Manager, Rick Ronca, it's one per fifty. I think the Plaza wanted to try and keep a chase strike in play for longer than one month. I should take quite some time to go through 500 racks!

The only thing that might alter the availability would be a question of taste. While first glance the strike might seem patriotic, but the more you think about it the more it looks like a casino profiting from a tragedy. If someone in the media takes notice then it's possible that the strike would be pulled if it received negative attention. A chip example would be when the Riviera put porn actresses on limited edition chips. Had a church organization not made a fuss about it, all the chips would have been distributed. There wasn't anything tacky about the chips other than the women being in pornos (they were fully clothed on the chips).
