They would have to have turned in a whole lot of fixed blue caps, to the casino. Last march(3ed week) when I played the machine at the New Frontier. That was ALL the machine had in it. I played the machine and got 4 strikes ALL blue caps. Boy, was the machine tight.
I think this is a casino idea. I have heard of others getting blue caps also.
Maybe we can hear from others, if they got blue caps from the New Frontier also.
