Ric - Don't know what kind of tech you spoke to but the imformation he gave out is wrong, IGT has a huge plant in Reno and not only designs the machines but builds them there also. It could be there is still a shortage of the new type of machines and if this is the case they wouldn't have spare parts at the plant to repair a machine at this time, but with almost all the casinos having the new type of machine I would think the part or parts needed are in Reno, in that case it would all depend on how backed up the shipping dept. is.
