I saw the ghost of the A in the scan as well...Peter knows more about this but it may have been a plugged dye when it was made..or???? That kind of stuff make strikes fun since they are not QC'd carefully and you can get some interesting samples!!!

The no G tiger I think was just a plain ole mistake when they made the dye..I have looked at my sample and there is no hint of the G.....of course the 999 on the rim Tiger is more my favorite and i keep them together....having been there, i love errors!! (especially the ones that violate regulations, copyrights or the like!)
