Christine,I understand your frustrations,I do think Jackpot could have handled things better,,,But don't give up on them...Everytime I have had problems with Jackpot,DJ has always helped(((NOT LIKE EBAY)))...I would imagine DJ has been pulling his hair out for a few days now(he does have hair right :-)))........
