Gee, Christine, I guess we get your point, over and over and over. The rest of us seem to be waiting to give Jackpot the time it needs to fix the bugs. At least you do get an answer from Jackpot. You will never get an answer from eBay and eBay has had its share of problems and the solutions have never been in the favor of the seller.
