I would guess that the Monte Carlo will not get a new machine.
They are required to keep on hand enough to cash out all of their chips. The NGCB says that all the strikes are chips. I don't think that the Monte Carlo will ever see the ones that are out there, so to free up that cash, they need to post for 60 days a recall notice. After 60 days they will get to book the profit.
