Must the time of the year for this. I got 1 in the snail mail, not too long ago. Pretty much like yours, and today I got 1 in snail mail. For $8,500 if I send $3.00 or pay for a COLLECT call. This is from a claim center susposely in Canada. It gives very LITTLE information. Just fill out the blanks and send the MONEY.
Watch out for these scams. I used to enter different contest about 10 years ago. As a hobby then, I didn't win much. But, learned that a legitimate and legal contest. Will not ask you for money, in order to qualify, win or pay a expense.
Also will not ask you for personal information, checking, savings, credit card numbers, etc.
