I have had 3 times when I found the red cap on the very bottom at the 4 queens. It cost $120, $130 and $150 to win it. Since the tubes do not rotate randomly I will never play for a red cap on the very bottom if no others are also near the bottom unless the red cap is sitting in the tube that last payed a strike. The next time I saw a red on the bottom I decided to pass on it. Came back a while laterand the next guy had 16 strikes in the tray and no red cap.
