I don't know about Franks coins, but I've received some that still had water spots on them as though try had just been washed. I then had to wash them in mild dish soap and warm water to get the spots off them. Then useing compressed air to blow dry while wearing rubber gloves, and lambs skin to not leave any more stains on the silver.Some even had a coating of lacquer on them that was the worst to remove.
