Ric, That was not explained to Sharon or I at the cage. They just told us they do not redeem the strikes. The way Casinos in Nevada are changing owners is the next move not to honor any buildup you may have in cash on your player cards. I know many of us use the cards for comps and to redeem cash for play. The only answer to that is to not let the cash build up in your account and to take it out when it accumulates to a specific amount.
I do believe that there are a lot of collectors that feel that they will be able to return the strikes for face value if they decide to stop collecting.

The Plaza was always a friend to the silver strike collector but I was dissapointed with the attitude at the cage. Anyway it's not a big deal. We could all have collected Beanie Babies and spent a lot of money on stuff that is pretty worthless now. Sharon and I love the hobby and from now on she is only going to trade her duplicates or sell them on auction sites. See you at the convention. Ted and Sharon
