Walt; I'd like not to argue the point of the mint didn't know, but they used the experimental dies to stamp them that had been turned down in the early stage of picking out the design to use, but were rejected. There is so much secuity thier how do you think it happened? The last thing I read was the mint did it because the Wis. state wasn't going to have the same demand that other states had.
The information was presented at a coin meeting buy a couple of differant members that had the clippings in thier hand either out of the paper or magazine. Then this month they had the amount of each error, and where they were sent to buy name of towns in Arz.
