Eric, Ann and I would like to thank you for stopping by the machine Monday night. Not only is the Hard Rock a great place to go but it really impresses the customers when the shift manager stops by and ask, “How is it going and is there anything I can do for you?” Not only does Eric ask the question, he follows up. For those of you who have not had the chance to meet Eric yet, he is a first class act. Ann and I spent a few hours at the Hard Rock on Sat night (really very early Sun. AM), Mon. night and Wed. morning, each time we had a ball. The machines were very nice to us but tight with the Pink Taco. All good things must come to an end (so they say) our stay in Sin City ended Wed afternoon as we headed south to San Diego. Thanks Eric. Bill & Ann Brooks
