Well here I am again with another who knows variety. What I have before me are a number of the LV Flamingo GDC 50th anniv. 1946 with the decimal before the 999. Question is, all that I see that have the tiny decimal also have a frosted 1946 Casino. Those with the larger decimal all have a polished 1946 and Casino. Any ideas from the experts out there ??
