Interesting that it got approved because two years ago at the convention, Hard Rock made an NCV chip fro convention attendees. Gaming had disapproved a $5 Pink Taco chip before this, presumably for a sexual connotation. Midway through the convention, Gaming Control agents came to the Hard Rock and seized the remaining giveaway chips. Of course, at the time, Hard Rock and Gaming Control were embroiled in a number of disputes. Maybe the seizure was just another round in that heavyweight fight.
