Yup I agree Ric. After Norm posted what his figures were to win a strike, I started to understand that buying them was cheaper. Maybe not the fun, but including the flight, room, days off work (hey wait, maybe it is better to win them ) it starts to add up fast.

I never had any argument or negative thoughts about dealers who buy and re-sell or win and sell strikes. Just like chips, they preform a service.

I did have some questions about hoarding of chasers and $200 new issues, but that's not the point now.

Collectors who win extras and resell them to support their interest are doing what every one of us should do, to defer costs. Dealers who provide New Issue Service at a fixed price, are the best!
