Dennis, I don't know if that is necessarily true about what they told you at the Silverton. At the Stardust, when they came out with their new machines and strikes, I kept on winning the same two new ones and not the third. After questioning the slot person about what was taking place, she sent over the slot shift manager and I explained the problem to her. She checked in the machine and then at the cage only to find out that they were out of the third strike that I was trying yo win. She immediately called for the slot repairman and had him remove the strike that they were out of in all (4) machines. She explained to me and my wife that what was on display is what has to be in the machine or they could be charged with false advertisement. Now I don't know if this is true or not but it does seem to make sense. I also found out that they cannot display pink or blue capsules, they can only display the strike that is in the capsules and not the colored capsules with the strike.
