I don't know about the Slots A Fun. But, Shawn, the slot manager told several of us at the Silverstrike machine.(in January) That he would do only 500 RED CASES of a certain type; from the Four Queens. And under NO circumstances would he do more than 500. He said he would come out with another type. Rather than add to a previous one.
This tells me; that this type Red Cap is limited to 500. Numbered or not, at least at the Four Queens.
