Christine,This has been in the making since last year. At first Donald Trump only wanted to buy the back lot at the Frontier to build High Rise Condo's, but at the time Steve Wynn was against that idea and stopped Trump from making the purchase!! Steve Wynn made a deal with the owners of the Frontier to tear down the Frontier and build a new Casino in it's place, but when they had trouble getting the financing, Donald Trump bought the entire property. Steve Wynn also made deals with the Venetian, Fashion Show Mall and Treasure Island to build cross over walkways and to beautify the surrounding area. That is why the Venetian purchased the small strip mall and (2) motels and is now building another tower for the Hotel. If there was such hard feelings between Donald Trump and Steve Wynn, then why did Steve Wynn go to Donald Trump's wedding???
