Brian - The Red Caps are their cash cow, they are hoping the true collectors will sit and play until they get the red cap, the bottom line is the profit for the club, but I wonder if the clear caps keep getting cashed in to continue to play what is going to happen when the red caps are gone and the casino has a few thousand clear caps which the collector won't want or need, are they going to return them to IGT to be destroyed? I think not so then the play will drop off and so will the profit and then what will the club think about the strike program. I think this is why the $200 strikes went away only it was IGT who wasn't seeing the profit they wanted because the clear caps just got recyled and the clubs weren't ordering any more $10 strikes.
