Hi -

Please forgive my ignorance, I only have 13 strikes and love em and intend to collect more, but I by no means consider myself a Striker as I have much to learn. I mainly collect $1 and $5 chips because they are cheaper! I have a couple questions though.

1) Are slabbed strikes looked down upon in this hobby as they are by many in chipping? I don't like slabbed chips because I think the ability to feel and hold the chip is important and you can not unslab a chip without damaging it.

2) Can a strike be unslabbed with no damage to the strike?
