Answer

Nah, I'm too cheap for prizes, plus I don't have anything much left.

Here's the odd part, #4 is the greatest reduction 30, then #3 50, then #2 80 and #5 was saved at 100% (or file size goes from largest to smallest, 5,2,3,4)

I think the point is, that on a monitor, it's difficult to tell if someone used 50% quality, but you can save 30% of the file size doing it. Just trying to help for those of you running into a file size limit on Jackpot.

By the way, I use LView and do pretty much what is suggested above. Say the image is 300 x 300. First I COPY the image. Then I open the other side of the strike and I Redimension (which is different from Resize) and make it 300 x 600. Then I paste, which is probably the same as paint in other software.

That in effect drops the two sides into one image.

I also SAVE AS something like sale0101.jpg the next auction is sale0102.jpg, Etc. then when I'm done I can find them all and delete them from the server.

When I'm pasting them into aictions, I know that as I move along, each one is the next number and I don't have to remember complicated names for each strike. I have to keep it simple, or make errors and that means wasting time making corrections.
