Mike: Rumor has it they are gone. The very few that were sold did fetch $700-800. According to the rumor there were only 70 available for collection and those went quickly. Also, TI might have held back as many as 30 for VIP's but I am not sure anyone really knows for sure. Along with the rumor there were only 100 total strikes minted. I would guess that if you find someone willing to part with one, it will cost near what you were quoted. Good Luck.
