I think you ought to get realistic. I only collect 10's from Nevada with a few exceptions. Sit down and figure out how much money a new or older collector has to put out to get a collection of just 10's from Nevada. I need about 130 more 10's to complete the 10's from Nevada on my list of strikes without most of the different varieties. My only chance of getting some of those is with a true free market and not the protected market I hear some collectors and others talking about. This is a hobby to me not an investment I expect to make money on. I don't really expect to get all I would like but I am going to try to get as many as I can. This is why I collect Silver Strikes.
