In the brief announcement that ebay sent notifying me that I was suspended they did say that all my listing and upgrade fees were credited (for the active auctions). The suspension apparantly stems from a silver eagle that I was reselling and was also a non-casino item. It's crappy how they can arburtrarily cancel my auctions and suspend me without letting me know or giving me a chance to submit relevant information. That and the communication process with ebay takes quite awhile back and forth. It really damages a sellers reputation (not to mention the disruption and inconveniance caused to all the parties involved).
How can I keep nagging them? The only thing I can do right now is send them an email and wait for them to respond.
