These are both Harrah's New Orleans $40 strikes. The value in our book is far out of date. The more common of the pair, Basin and Canal Street, last sold at auction for about $350. The other strike is quite scarce with less than 15 in collector hands.
Harrah's New Orleans also produced two more $40 strikes, probably only as prototypes. There are only two of each of those known to be in collector hands.
