In checking in Louisisana, the Louisiana State Police Gaming Evforcement Division person I spoke to. Said that the La. State Police has to approve all items(coins, tokens, chips, etc.). That are used in the non-indian casinos. In a manner something like is done in Nevada, as I best can understand.

However all the indian casino's, he said donot fall under this approval rule. For coins, chips,etc.

I haven't been able to get in touch with someone in the Louisiana Gaming Commission yet, to veryfiy this.
