I think after all this grading discussion. It will STILL COME BACK to the present system. It will be one persons opinion. Against another, what a strike should be a 1-2-3-4- or whatever. No 2 persons always has the same opinion. The present system within the strikers seems to be working just fine. I am for leaving it the way it is.
