any scans, that I have been reduced to accepting inferior resolution scans, just to get something posted. Ideally, posted scans will include both the front and back of each qualified strike, however, that has been a luxury (so far).
Anyway, by numbering the images left to right, top to bottom, this is what has been posted, so far..... BTW-Please feel free to post (up-load) your own scans, or email images to me (for posting), or simply post them here (in a message) and give me the OK to copy and post at that site. Thanks.
Image 1 - One side only of the most recent Caesars Palace strike,
Image 2 - one side of the O'shea's $200 tournament strike,
Images 3 and 4 - front and back of the O'Shea's $10 tournament strike,
Images 5 and 6 - front and back of the O'Shea's Christmas strike,
Image 7 - one side of the O'Shea's Decision 2000 (tell me, was this introduced in 2001, or 2000), Image 8 - O'shea's CC>CC Convention 2001 strike, Image 9 - one side of the O'Shea's Car Collector Series (Ford Model A), and
Image 10 - one side of a Sierra Sid's Nevada Series ("Reno") (I do not know if this is qualified or not.)
Dennis, and others, it would be very helpful (and beneficial to new viewers) if you could advise me if any of these (or future posted images) are not qualified candidates for SSOTY nomination, i.e., not issued during 2001, or are not considered as Silver Strikes.
Please know that it is not our intent (Archie Black and myself) to process SSOTY qualification determinations in a vacuum, and we respectfully encourage and welcome your assistance and participation.
Thank you,
Jim Follis
