Norm, what a wonderful piece of work you produced. Thank you for all of your work on this. There is a couple factors that I do see that are not on the chart and I have no idea how they can be added.

1. Not all collectors collect from the Reno area which to me is a good reason why the Sundowners (100 ea issued) are down in value and I think will stay down because of that.

2. The issue of a group like the Sundowner or the Silverton no dates. It is naturally much harder for a collector to build a set instead of maybe a pair like the Golden Gate Trolly and Bridge. Only two instead of six to chase after. So some collectors will be happy with only one or two from a series. I had a guy trade me two of the Sundowners for three common Ny NY strikes because he said he will never have them all so he let me have them.
