First of all ... this guy is selling his own manufactured "slabbed" silver strikes. Secondly, the strike is not housed in an encapsulated (sealed) holder, but is merely "sealed" with the foil stamps at top and bottom, which means that ANY strike of a lesser quality can be substituted at a later date by anyone. Thirdly, the seller/grader/slabber is using his grading system that was devised for chips ... CS-100 (ChipState100) the highest grade of perfection, according to his standards. Lastly, the self-imposed title of "grading company" is not offering an "independent" judgement on the grade of his "slabs" ... but certifying his OWN judgment ... which is not "3rd Party Grading" ... which is the standard in the coin hobby. This guy is bordering on fraud in my humble opinon ... and ebay ought to revoke his privileges. My advice; Don't bid on any of his fly-by-night offerings.
