I have strikes from Red Garter and Bills that will not fit unless absolutely forced. The rim was slightly different on some. I suspected there was a mix of old strikes that had been switched over and new ones. If ive still got them I will scan later.

Which direct fit capsules are you using? Proper casino ones or the type that Tiny Treasures sell? I found the casino ones to be fractionally smaller anyway. Those were the ones I was attempting to swap with.

All I can say is that anyone attempting to remove one of those I switched will have a problem
