100% Correct...

There ARE governing bodies for Indian machines and they have contracted their own Independant Lab. They also HAVE to live within the terms of the Compact (contract)with the state they are in or would be shut down!

I have very little experience here, but they do police themselves in somewhat Nevada STYLE, but they also have more latitude and run machines that are not approved in Nevada....Not that this is necessarily bad though!
