Below is the listed policy for excessive shipping from ebay. Is $10.99 excessive including a "handling" charge? It's up to the buyer to decide. As far as contacting the seller in an abusive manner it is no surprise to me. It would be interesting to start the auctions at $11.00 with free shipping. The result is the same is it not? Perhaps the second method would generate better public relations.
